With its daring scent of fresh lime and spearmint leaves, Mojito Mint syrup develops a subtle, minty and sweet flavour, enhanced with deep citrus notes. Mojito Mint 1883 syrup is made from carefully selected ingredients including natural cane sugar and our secret ingredient, pure Alpine water.
Recipe
3 mint leaves
15ml 1883 Mojito Syrup
60ml Rum
15ml lime juice, freshly squeezed
Soda water
Mint sprig & lime wheel to garnish
Lightly muddle the mint with the 1883 Mojito syrup in a shaker.
Add the rum, lime juice and ice, and give it a brief shake, then strain into a highball glass over fresh ice. Alternatively, you can use pebble ice instead and gently swizzle it all together.
Top with the Soda water.
Garnish with a mint sprig and lime wheel.
