Recipe
BASIL BEAUTY
10ml 1883 Lemon syrup
6 Basil leaves
1/2 Passsionsfruit
50ml Vodka
30ml Pineapple juice
Place basil leaves and the scooped-out pulp and half of a passion fruit in a shaker.
Crush gently, then pour in the other ingredients and top up with ice.
Shake vigorously and double-strain in a pre-chilled Martini glass.
Decorate with the other half of the passion fruit and a basil leaf.
