Elder flower 1883 syrup is alcohol-free and made from carefully selected ingredients, including natural cane sugar and our secret ingredient, pure Alpine water.
Recipe
10ml 1883 Elder flower syrup
30ml Cranberry OR Pomegranate juice
15ml Fresh lemon juice
1/2 Cup of mixed berries
Blend berries, juices and 1883 Elder flower syrup in a blender.
Fine strain over ice and add sparkling water.
Stir and garnish with mixed berries, lemon and mint.
