20ml 1883 Cherry syrup
40ml Vodka
10ml Galliano Liqueur
20ml Cream
Pour the Vodka, syrup and Galliano into a mixing glass.
Stir and strain with strainer into a chilled Martini glass.
Whip the cream with 10ml of syrup using a mixer or shaker.
Optional – Coat the cocktail with the flavored cream, and garnish with grated nutmeg and dark chocolate shavings.
